     The impact of CNC lathe machining accuracy is generally caused by the following

reasons, one is the equipment reasons, the second is the tool problem, the third is

programming, the fourth is the reference error, today and you briefly describe these 

aspects.

     First, the machining accuracy problem caused by the equipment is generally due 

to the systematic error of the machine tool itself and the error caused by the runout 

in the operation of the machine tool. During the use of the machine tool, the core 

parts such as the lead screw wear, resulting in increased clearance, the greater the 

machine tool error, and then the machining accuracy of the CNC lathe;

     Second, in the process of CNC lathe processing, the choice of tools is particularly

requirements;

     Third, the cutting parameters set during the programming is also one of the reasons

parameters of feed and revolution must be set in combination with tools, material 

characteristics and equipment, so as to ensure the accuracy of CNC lathe processing

     Fourth, in the process of CNC lathe processing, the reference error of the product is

also one of the reasons why the machining accuracy of CNC lathe cannot meet the 

requirements, and the number  of clamping times is minimized by turning and milling 

composite processing. It can reduce the influence of CNC lathe machining accuracy

caused by the change of the benchmark in secondary machining.
