Surface treatment

The surface treatment methods of the manifold are as follows: anodizing processing, painting, baking paint, etc.The method of oxidation processing is the best effect, and the anodized aluminum plate is placed in the corresponding electrolytic solution as the anode, and under certain conditions and the action of external increasing current, the point solution step is completed. The anodic aluminum plate is oxidized, and a layer of aluminum oxide film will appear on the surface, its thickness is about 5 to 20 microns, and the thickness of the harder anodized film can reach 60 to 200 microns. After the anode is oxidized, the aluminum plate improves its hardness and wear resistance, can reach 250 to 500 kilograms per square millimeter, excellent heat resistance, hard anodized film melting point up to 2320K, with excellent insulation characteristics, suitable for use in the production of engine cylinders or other wear-resistant parts.

Drilling and tapping
